For last month’s pigeon magazines I worth an article about the backgrounds of the youngster diseases. Now in this busy period I notice that I do not have time to read any articles. We are all busy with our pigeons. Next to that there are several topics that should have been discussed in the last few months. But do not matter enough to devote and whole article on it. That is why I have wrote this article with these kind of facts in it. Might be interesting enough to be read during the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Yellow dots
Over the years I several times gave attention to the yellowish dotes in the back to the throats of the pigeons. They are located on the soft palate. It is a persistent problem to get exterminated. Not the dots themselves, but the assumption that 'the cancer' would concern here. Because that's not correct. Okay, there may be pigeons that have these spots also have cancer appearance. But one has nothing to do with the other. But because one (some pigeon breeders) can see the yellow dots, one assumes that it is a very clear outbreak of cancer. These breeders cure (heavy) during the season. By the ones who really have the cancer, one will see improvement in the condition of the pigeons. But upon inspection of the throats these dots remain. This month alone I have three lovers reported that "despite the cancer cure the yellow did not disappeared from the throat, because the dots were still there after the cure." They wanted a stronger medicine. Now happily it takes a little effort to explain that it has nothing to do with the yellow dots and that it acts only to crystal precipitates, which should be correct. Undisputed anti-trichomonas products.
So people, does dots have nothing to do with the cancer. Do not go running unnecessarily cures against the cancer, because it could not be the case. Especially if there is excessively long and heavy cured the shape of the pigeons will only decrease. And out of the question is of course to clean up of the pigeons because of an alleged yellow infection that does not heal. Sprayers
Another topic where I have been asked about the last few months. Sprayers in the nest and poor growing youngsters. The older pigeons drink too much and some breeders confuse these watery droppings with diarrhea and give a cure for a suspected intestines infections. Usually without any results. The problem lies in a temporary disruption of kidney function in the sense that the pigeons are going to drink too much. As a result, they produce enough nutrients for the boy, so it also may be insufficient. Laggards are the result. It can be a huge mess in the breeding loft. The solution is as simple as it is effective. Give the pigeons drinking electrolytes for a few days and the problems usually disappear like snow in the sun. There are many different brands of electrolytes on the market. Most of the test of criticism can also be good. We ourselves have a powdered electrolyte sit in our database, but also a liquid form. Bony Bolectrol Plus. It is one of the oldest products in our product range. Bony Bolectrol Plus also contains glucose and vitamins, trace elements and amino acids. We also see several files are free of both Coccidiosis as cancer after a good treatment with this medicine. But critical as we are, we also monitor the cases where it does not work.
Over a month ago a breeder with a super heavy cancer infection came by. He had already used a normal cancer cure, but a month later he saw, when checking the monitor, that his pigeons were completely filled with these parasites again. He therefore wanted extra strong customization. I suggested that he should try Usneano plus in the meantime. With a barely concealed smile, he stated that it could not possibly be gone after a treatment with this stuff. So a week after, on a Tuesday, he came back and his mouth literally dropped open when he saw that the parasites were totally off the 4 + contamination and that the 6 + infection, who also sat at the first check, the entire preparation were only found three cancer parasites. According to him, I had to make this world know because that would be a godsend for the sport. Because he also told me that his pigeons, after a few days, were starting to fly as he had not seen in years.
I write it down here now. But I also write a qualifying remark back. Because, in many lofts we see damn good results from the use of this product. Also on our test lofts is that the case. But we also see lofts that after application of this tincture still have coccidiosis or cancer are at the controls. I hurt my brain with it, why it works flawlessly on a number of lofts, and other enthusiasts, although improvement is to be determined, but the infection is completely gone. We continue to look for a possible cause. One of the possibilities is that there are stronger and weaker cancer strains. But that requires further investigation. Nevertheless, I want you to remember the positive effect on these parasites.
About two years ago Curcuma longa (Turmeric) was also described as effective against coccidiosis. Many enthusiasts use the Turmeric, therefore, for this purpose. The efficacy of this herb is greatly improved by adding, black pepper. Without the black pepper the recording is limited. Although Turmeric has several positive effects on the body (We have this in our Base Essence) unfortunately, I could not see any reduction on the presence of Coccidiosis in droppings. It may well be that this herb works reducing significantly noticeable but I personally do not think so.
But then the Usneano plus has to keep up a better reputation. But even then, I refer to the cases where it does not seem to do what it needs to do.
